Towels & Linen
Linen, duvets and towels for use within the cottage are included for the number of people staying that occupy full beds. You will need to bring towels for babies in cots and also cot linen. Guests should bring their own beach/pool towels.
Food Deliveries
All the major supermarkets will deliver to us apart from Ocado, but please make sure to book a slot when you know you will be around as we are not able to take delivery on your behalf.
Arrival and Departure
Arrival is from 4pm on the day your booking starts. Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance with your arrival time so that we can make sure we are around to show you to your cottage. If we do not know this there is a chance we will be elsewhere on the farm when you arrive and you will not be able to access your cottage. We politely ask that you do not arrive any earlier than 4pm as the cottage and facilities will not be ready before this time. Departure is by 9.30am on the final day.
EV Charging
We have two fast charging EV sockets that can each deliver up to 22kW. Guests wishing to use these will need to download the ‘Tap Electric’ app from the Apple or Android app store and then use this to scan the barcode on the charger. Please note that there is a charge for the electricity used.
Directions
Google Maps will bring you straight to us if using our postcode TQ10 9JY, as will most brands of sat-nav. We have had reports of Apple Maps having issues finding us however. If your sat-nav does get confused here are a set of directions for the final part of the journey that may help.
Local Offers and Other Services

Other information
So that furnishings etc. are kept fresh for everyone there is no smoking within the cottages and indoor facilities. Most of the cottages are barn conversions featuring original wooden beams etc, and as such woodlice and spiders are known to make an appearance. This is an inevitability with older buildings despite them being thoroughly cleaned by us every week.
